Property Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a professional and experienced manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The successful candidate will have excellent supervisory skills and experience in property management, marketing and leasing. We are looking for a strong leader who will be responsible for the supervision, training and motivation of a large staff of administrative and maintenance personnel.
The Property Manager will be responsible for the financial performance of the property - managing budgets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections. The successful candidate will understand and provide the leadership necessary to meet and exceed the customer services of our organization and successfully manage the daily challenges of a growing, multi-family property.
Regional Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a professional and experienced manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple properties in Ohio and Indiana. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and experienced in the preparation and management of budgets, financial transactions and reporting. This individual will have excellent supervisory skills and experience in property management, marketing and leasing. We are looking for a strong leader who will supervise, train and motivate of a large staff of administrative and maintenance personnel. This person will work successfully with peers, corporate personnel, outside vendors and contracted workers.
The Regional Manager will be responsible for both the financial performance of the property while maintaining high physical standards of the buildings and grounds of all properties. The successful candidate will understand and provide the leadership necessary to meet and exceed the customer service standards of our organization and successfully manage the daily challenges of a growing network of multi-family properties with excellence.
Service Technician
Job Description
We are seeking highly skilled Service Technicians. Successful candidates should have a minimum two years experience in apartment and residential work - including plumbing, electrical, carpentry and routine maintenance.
As a customer focused organization, we are seeking individuals who are motivated to meet and exceed our resident's expectations. The ability to communicate well with our customers, co-workers and outside vendors and contractors is essential.
